   No ads, courses, coaching, affiliate links or self-promotion. Ever.

   Be kind

   Listen first. No pile-ons, no mocking, no arguing about whether AI "really" took someone's job.

   Vents are for venting

   If someone posts a Vent, they want to be heard — not fixed.

   Look out for each other

   If someone seems to be in a dark place, reply gently and point them to real help.

How kudos work

You can't earn kudos by posting a lot. When someone's reply genuinely helps you, tap "This helped me" on it — that's one kudos for them. Kudos only come from the people you've helped.
